Dear Doug,
I am writing this letter to just let you know how much we like your Dry Salsa Mix. I bought your mix at the Holiday Food and Craft Fair in November, brought it home and made my first-ever really good batch of fresh salsa.
I have been a Mexican food junky for a number of years and have tried making just about everything I can at home, trying to duplicate the really good tasting foods I get when I go out to eat at a restaurant. This product has been the first one (of very many mixes I have tried) to achieve my end goal that has actually exceeded my expectations.
After making my first batch, I took a bowl full of salsa to work with me to enjoy during the day, and as all of my coworkers passed by they all just had to try it. Next thing I noticed was that my bowl was empty and people were asking for more. I even had a person that typically does not eat salsa ask to take a small bowl back to her desk so she would not miss out getting more.
Needless to say the next day I returned with more salsa and BINGO! "gone before I knew it."
Thank you for making it so much easier for me and others to make really good salsa at home.
