Dry Salsa Mix

Use the whole package and it will make a gallon; or you can make a little at a time by adding 1 heaping tablespoon of the mix to a 14oz can of crushed or ready cut tomatoes. Use fresh tomatoes if you prefer; add some vinegar and fresh cilantro (optional) and you get a salsa that tastes like you made it from scratch.
